Shipping Policy

Domestic orders of $75+ enjoy Free Shipping. We use USPS First Class for our free shipping.

*Unfortunately, most of our sex machines, dance poles, and dolls are not eligible for the free shipping offer at this time.

Orders submitted by 10 am PST Mon-Fri will usually ship the same day. Orders submitted after 10 am M-F or on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day following the order placement date.

US domestic orders, on average, take 3-6 business days for delivery. However, since there are many factors that can affect shipping, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery before contacting our support department for assistance.

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS carriers. Shipment tracking information will be provided automatically by email once your order has been processed. If you have any problems tracking your order, contact us for assistance.
